Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all regions within Denmark and selected international destinations within the EU. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery (PostNord / GLS): 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

eMoto Exclusion

We currently do not offer any delivery options for our RAWRR Mantis eMoto bikes. You will be contacted when your RAWRR Mantis is ready for collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Customs, Duties & VAT

All prices include 25% Danish VAT. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
